2 Pork Tenderloins, cleaned & thinly sliced
1 Bartlett Pear, medium diced
1/2 onion cut, medium diced
1tbsp tamari
2tbsp honey
4 cloves of garlic, minced
1/2 inch of ginger, peeled and sliced
2 teaspoons of gochujang powder
1/2 teaspoon of white pepper
2teaspoons of toasted sesame oil
A splash of rice vinegar


  1. Remove all silverskin and butterfly Pork Tenderloins
  2. Thinly slice Pork Tenderloin. Place into 1 Gallon plastic storage bag
  3. Core Bartlett Pear and medium dice
  4. Peel and Medium Dice Yellow Onion
  5. Peel and thinly slice ginger
  6. Peel and mince garlic cloves
  7. Place Onion, ginger, garlic, Pear, Tamari, honey, gochujang powder, white pepper and rice vinegar in 1 Gallon storage bag with Pork.
  8. Marinate ingredients for a minimum of Three hours in the fridge
  9. Place a cast iron pan on stove over medium high heat
  10. Add Sesame oil to cast iron pan.
  11. Cook pork until 165F (10 min – 15 min)
