Natty Bay Wings

2 lbs Chicken Wings
1 can National Bohemian Beer
3 TBSP Old Bay
1 Tsp Onion powder
1 Tsp Garlic powder
1 Tsp Kosher salt
1 Tsp White pepper


  1. Place Wings and Beer in a 1 Gallon plastic storage bag. Marinate in fridge for 3 hrs
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F
  3. Remove Wings from beer marinade; Pat dry
  4. Combine old bay, onion powder, garlic powder, kosher salt and white pepper in bowl
  5. Mix spices thoroughly
  6. Evenly Coat wings in spice mixture
  7. Place on elevated rack on metal tray. Place in the oven.
  8. Flip the wings half way through the cooking process
  9. Remove wings after 45 minutes.
